We have 2 men’s teams and 2 ladies teams playing in the local summer doubles leagues. This should provide everyone who would like to play league tennis with a chance to do so; it also allows us to provide some of the younger players the opportunity to play competitive league tennis. Membership spaces are available in the Men’s, Ladies and junior sections. So if you would like to join us please contact any of the people above or drop an email to

Gotherington Tennis Club maintains its value for money. Annual fees for full members are £60 for adults with a reduced rate for ‘veterans (over 70) at £20 and £10 for juniors (those under 16 or in full time education). We really do cater for all standards of players with the emphasis on fun and enjoyment for all (although if there is a budding Andy Murray out there….). We are also offering to members free skills training by a qualified coach throughout the summer months and details can be found at our social media sites nearer the time of the training.

We hold ‘social’ events throughout the year and the best way to keep up to date with the club is through our social media sites:

Tennis Court Bookings – We do not run the public tennis court bookings this is down to the village hall committee so please don’t contact us directly – you can check the court bookings and book online at the following link – or manually via the booking sheets which are attached to the Rex Rhodes building just inside Freemans Field.

From the A435 Evesham Road turn into Malleson Road. Pass the Shutter Inn on your right, then Lawrence’s Meadow also on your right. The tennis courts can be found soon after behind the Village Hall and the Rex Rhodes building on the left – follow the path to the bottom of the park and the courts are located on the left.
